Calling all short story writers!!!
Short Story Book Club is pleased to announce its second annual short story writing contest. We’re hosting it in May in honor of National Short Story Month!
To enter, you simply need to send us your best short story of 20,000 words or less in fiction or creative nonfiction. Winners will be published and awarded a prize of $250.
So, dust off that manuscript you have hidden on that thumb drive buried in the recess of your desk drawer. Give it a good polish, have someone proofread it, and then submit it for consideration. All work must be original, though. No previously published work will be accepted.
The submission deadline is 11:59 pm Pacific Time on May 31, 2021. The submission fee is $5. Winners will be announced in July 2021. Click here to enter.
